MCP in one paragraph

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to the tools a business already uses. Instead of exporting a report and pasting it into a chat, an assistant can query your ad account, read your analytics or look up an order directly, with the permissions you grant. For merchants and agencies that means faster audits and reporting, and a new set of questions about access and data quality.
