Shopify has the most complete official MCP support.
Shopify publishes MCP servers for several jobs: one for developers building apps and themes, and store-level endpoints that let shopping assistants search a catalog, read policies and work with a cart. It has also been moving cart and checkout toward the Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP), so some tool names have changed.
These official servers cover building and shopper-facing use. For analysis of your own sales and ads, you combine them with the ad, analytics and email servers further down this page.

by Shopify
A store-level endpoint that lets AI shopping assistants search products, read store policies and build a cart.
by Shopify
Catalog access for shopping agents, available as a global catalog and as a single store's catalog.
Note: Part of Shopify's agentic commerce work. Confirm the current endpoints and availability in the docs.
by Shopify
Lets an agent act on a signed-in customer's behalf, for example looking up their orders.
Note: Involves customer authentication. Review the authorization flow before enabling.
These connect to your ad accounts, analytics, email and payments tools, not to the store software, so they do not depend on your platform.
